I grew up amongst the Tile and Marble
industry and was constantly surrounded by new construction. Knowing much about quality construction and
workmanship, it is evident from my experience
in a TMB home that not only does a home
buyer receive a quality home but one that
is built by a builder who has a great deal
of pride in his work.
We purchased a newly
built TMB home in Wedge Meadows five
years ago and to this day love our home. The quality, the spaciousness and the beauty
is all there in our home.
TMB graciously worked with us to
make any changes we requested as well as
repair things upon our move in.
There were very few minor repairs that
needed to be tended to.
For example, touch up paint, a lock
on a door needed fixing and the garage door
needed adjustment. A single call to TMB's
foreman Brian, helped us resolve the issue
with Brian attending to the issues himself
within a matter of 24 hours.
I truly respect TMB for their loyalty
and faithfulness as builders and to us as
clients.
